Directions

1. Take 183 North and exit Anderson Mill.

2. Before the Anderson Mill light, turn right at the KFC entrance, then head straight back (we’re on the Main Event / Kerbey Lane side of 183).

3. Pak Mail is right next to Gold's Gym.

What happens after I drop off My tapes?

1. Our staff picks up your tapes in person to begin processing. You’ll receive your invoice via email after your tapes have been inventoried. Orders dropped off on Saturday may be picked up on Monday.

2. We maintain contact with you through regular email updates while your tapes are digitized. If any tapes end up being blank or not transferred, you’ll receive a partial refund once your order is complete.

3. Once your order is ready for pick up at Pak Mail, we’ll send you an email notification.
